What is Hypnosis?
In the most simple terms, hypnosis is a hyper-focused state of awareness that is associated with deep relaxation. At Inner Key Hypnotherapy we refer to this as "The Healing State" because we are able to use this state to empower an individual to achieve their goals, and drastically improve any area of your life.
We utilize highly effective, yet gentle techniques that are fully able to provide transformations that last an entire lifetime. This is possible because we address the whole being in an empowering way instead of solely focusing on "the problem" in a linear and reductionist fashion. "The Problem" is almost always a symptom of a deeper rooted issue that, often times, cannot even be identified.

While in the state of hypnosis you remain in total control of yourself and are never asleep though you may feel extremely comfortable and relaxed.
How Can Hypnosis Help Me?
The Subconscious mind is more vast than is currently understood. What we do know is that it creates and perpetuates behaviors, habituation and states of being based off of 'Origination Events' (often times these occurred in early childhood) and the organization of following events, circumstances, thoughts and feelings. Each time there is an additional thought, feeling or experience that the subconscious mind can relate to an 'Origination Event,' those habituation's, behaviors, etc. get reinforced, intensified, or morphed.
