Shift: A retreat for women

This Shift Experience is designed to Release and free you from the negative cycles & patterns in  relationships.

We are a Trine of independent hypnotherapists with a unique skill set who have come together with you in mind to create retreats, experiences and products to offer a very whole-istic approach to achieving the goals of our clients.

Join us as we lead a small group of woman looking to break free from unhealthy patterns in relationships and authentically connect with our own Inner Wisdom.

You've already had that "aha!" moment, recognizing that change needs to occur.
We are are here to help with the next steps.

The foundation of our work together will be rooted in the use of the healing state of hypnosis to effect rapid and permanent change. You will receive daily personalized individual as well as group support for this journey. There will be time to process all of the work we are doing as well as explore the magical (and very walk-able) town of Nevada City.

We engage the healing state of hypnosis as a catalyst for rapid, in-depth transformation and revolution of the soul and psyche by first removing deeply embedded blocks, false and limiting beliefs and old unhealthy programming. We follow that up by infusing the subconscious mind with the building blocks to create new physical, mental and emotional infrastructure needed to move forward more boldly in your path without living the same life and spirit draining cycles.



Lodging & Meals are not included and are the responsibility of each participant. However we are excited to share a complementary light continental breakfast each morning and tea each evening following our activities.  We have a list of great places that we can recommend for lodging and dining. Many are within walking distance to The Two Room Inn where we will be healing together.

This unique experience will be held from Monday August 7th-Friday August 11th in the beautiful mountain town of Nevada City, Ca (which just happened to be featured on the cover of Sunset Magazine)

In order to catalyze this SHIFT into your personal transformation we offer free a consultation for each participant prior to your arrival. we look forward to meeting with you in person or over the phone so that we may provide a tailored experience for you and the group as whole.

Each individual will also receive, as a special gift, products formulated and curated by us, based on each participants individual profile.
